Ranch-Cheesy Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground turkey1/2 cup fat free shredded cheese (cheddar or other if preferred)2 tablespoons fat free ranch salad dressing4 slices onion4 1/4" thick slices tomato4 romaine lettuce leaves8 small slices french bread
Directions
Combine cheese and dressing in small bowl and set aside.
Shape turkey in four 1/2" thick patties. Season with salt, pepper or favorite seasoning(s).
Spray grill with non-stick spray. Grill burgers on covered grill (medium heat) for about 15 minutes or until cooked through turning once. Spoon cheese mixture onto each burger a few minutes before removing from grill so cheese can melt slightly. Once placing cheese mixture, grill bread until lightly toasted. Place each burger onto grilled bread, top with slice of tomato and lettuce.

Makes 4 -1/4 lb. burgers.
