1 can of Bush's reduced sodium black beans1 can of Bush's reduced sodium kidney beans1 can of Delmonte chopped tomatoes (no salt added)66 g of tomato paste1 medium onion chopped (about 140 grams)1 tbs of chopped chipotle in adobo (about 10 g)- seasonings to taste
