Ingredients
Directions
6 4 oz Tilapia Filets1 Tablespoon Cajun Seasoning1/2 cup Sour Cream1/4 cup Mayonnaise2 tsp Lemon Juice2 Tablespoons Dill1 tsp Garlic Powder
Lay out tilapia in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Season with Cajun seasoning, and bake at 350 for 15-20 mins. Watch them carefully, they are so thin they overcook very easily. They're done when they flake easily with a fork.
While they're baking, mix up the remaining ingredients in a glass bowl. Cook up some misc green veg like green beans, asparagus, broccoli, to smother with sauce on the side.
Once the fish is done, plate it up with the veggies and divide the sauce around equally.
Serving Size: Makes 6 small filets.
