Ingredients
2 tbsp unsalted, grassfed butter, melted2 tbsp carob powder (or cocoa powder)1 tbsp vanilla protein powder or organic powdered milk (if using milk, add a little vanilla extract)
Directions
Mix everything together, then freeze for 5-10 minutes until firm, or refrigerate overnight.
