½ Cup - Organic milk (Whole Milk is calculated)1 tblsp - Unsweetened Pumpkin Puree½ tsp - Splenda brown sugar blend½ tsp - Pumpkin Pie Spice1 tsp - Pure Vanilla extract1 cup (8oz) of hot, brewed coffee (med-bold strength such as Starbucks Breakfast Blend)1 tblsp - heavy whipping cream2 tsp - Coconut Palm sugarFreshly ground nutmeg

In microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup whisk together milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar blend, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Whisk until foamy. Heat in microwave 1-2 minutes, watching carefully. (Until milk is hot and frothy)
Brew cup of coffee - pour in tall mug.
Add hot pumpkin puree mixture.
Stir in cream and coconut sugar to taste
Top with whipped cream if desired-
Sprinkle freshly ground nutmeg on top and enjoy!!
