Olive Oil, .67 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Broccoli Slaw, 3 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Salt and pepper, 1 dash eachEgg, fresh, 2 extra large
Chop Broccoli slaw into small pieces. Dice 1/2 cup of onions. Add two teaspoons of olive oil to the pan. Sautee onions and broccoli slaw and sprinkle with pepper and salt. Make well in center of veggies. Crack two jumbo eggs into well and scrambles with veggies in pan over medium heat until cooked.
