Ingredients
Cajun spice, bay leaves, garlic to your taste. can also and peas or corn. Great over brown rice.
Directions
Saute' green peppers, onions, and scallion. Add seafood and cook through. Add sauce,tomatoes, chicken base, and spices. Simmer on low 25 minutes or until desired thickness.
