spiced lamb meatballs

Ingredients
* *Lamb, Ground, 16 oz * Egg, fresh, 2 large * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 cup * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) * Garlic, 1 clove 1/4 cup fresh finely chopped parsley 1 small box of raisins 1/4 tsp tumeric 1/4 tsp ground ginger 1/4 tsp cumin 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp cardamon 1/4 garam masala salt & pepper to tasteAdd an Ingredient
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate the meat mixture for 1 to 24 hours. Form into meatballs and bake at 350 for 30 minutes for small meatballs or 45 minutes for larger meatballs.

Serve with many different dishes. Best with couscous or jasmine rice.
