Chewy Granola Bars

Ingredients

2 ½ cups organic rolled oats ¼ tsp baking soda¾ cup oat flour½ tsp sea salt1/3 cup organic cacao chips1 tsp pure vanilla extract1/3 cup raw honey (I melted mine a little so that it would be easier to stir since it’s solid)4 T unsweetened organic applesauce4 T organic virgin coconut oil
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix very well.
Combine all wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients, combine well. Pour into a parchment paper lined 9x13 pan, cover with parchment paper and press very firmly. Refrigerate at least 20 minutes before cutting. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
Other add-in ideas chopped raisins, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, etc.
