Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef1 chilli seasoning packet1 medium white onion, diced5 cloves garlic, minced1 red pepper, diced2 cups red kidney beans (half drained)2 cups black beans (drained and rinsed)2 cups sweet yellow corn1 cup tomato sauce
Directions
Cook ground beef until brown, drain any grease and move beef to large pot.
add seasoning, onion, and garlic and cook until onions are tender
add tomato sauce, beans, corn and red pepper. Simmer for an hour.
