Grilled Cilantro- Lime Chicken

Ingredients
1/2 cup fresh lime juice 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breastssalt & pepper, to tastelime wedges, for serving
Directions
1. In a shallow baking dish, mix the lime juice, cilantro, and oil. Season the chicken to taste with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the lime mixture and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator, turning once or twice, for about 4 hours.

2. Heat a barbecue grill to medium-hot. Grill the chicken, turning once, 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve with the lime wedges.
