moong dalquinoabasmati riceolive oilcumin seedveg bouillon
Directions
saute cumin seed in olive oil until aromatic. add rinsed rice, dal, and quinoa, saute until cumin mixed in grains. add 2 cubes or packets veg bouillon and 10c water-simmer until water is absorbed. serve hot with garnishes.
