Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Egg, fresh, 2 jumboOlive Oil, .6 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Sautee onions, garlic for one minute. Add mushrooms and sautee two more minutes. Sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper. Add two eggs and scramble in skillet with vegetables and cook until eggs are cooked through.
