Easy Chili

Ingredients
1 small jar of salsa (430ml)1 can beans in tomato sauce (398 ml)1 can chili style beans (398 ml)1 can crushed tomatoes (398 ml)1 can red kidney beans (398 ml)1 pound ground beefSpices to taste:Chili powderGarlic powderItalian seasoningNote:I used ground moose instead of ground beef when calculating the nutrition requirements because that's what I cook with. Beef is not as lean as moose so adjust calories accordinglyMushrooms are also delicious if you'd like to add as well
Directions
Brown the ground beef and add with all other ingredients to a crock pot. Mix well and season to taste.

Turn crockpot on low and cook for at least 8 hrs.

After 8 hrs, mix and taste. Add additional spices if needed.
