2 lbs. shredded Mexican Blend cheese4 eggs2 cups evaporated milk2/3 cup flour2 cans diced green chillis1 15 oz can of tomato Sauce
Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray then spread a mixture of Cheese and diced green chillis into the pan. Mix eggs, flour and milk until smooth, then pour over cheese mixture. Pour tomato sauce over the rest and bake for 30 minutes until bubbly and firm.
