Turkey Pita Florentine

- Weight Watchers 100% Whole Wheat Pita Pocket Bread, 1 serving- Boar's Head Low Sodium Skinless Turkey Breast- 2oz- Red Ripe Tomatoes- 2 oz- Spinach, fresh- 1 oz- Kraft Shredded Fat-Free Mozzarella- 1 oz
1. Pile turkey breast, tomato, spinach, and mozzarella on a cutting board.
2. Using a mezzaluna, finely dice all of the ingredients together.
3. Slice a small piece off the top of the pita to open the pocket.
4. Using a spoon, carefully fill the pita with the Florentine mixture.
5. If desired, heat pita in the microwave (about 1.5 minutes) for a soft, warm treat OR in the toaster oven (about 5 minutes) for a crispy warm treat. It can also be eaten cold.
**if You don't have a mezzaluna, you can simply finely chop the turkey, spinach and tomato with a regular kitchen knife. Then mix these three ingredients well with the cheese before adding into the pita**
