500g (or 1 pound) lean ground beef, thawed500g (or 1 pound) lean ground pork, thawed1 medium onion, chopped1 bell pepper of your choice, chopped2 sweet peppers, chopped1 c dry oatmeal2 t Italian Seasoning2 T Worcester Sauce1 T Chili flakes1 T garlic Powder2 eggsKetchup or tomato sauce
1. Preheat oven to 350F or 180C. Spray a glass baking dish or loaf pan with non-stick spray.
2. Place meats in a large bowl, mix. Chop onion, bell pepper, sweet peppers. Mix vegetables with the meat. Add seasonings and Worcester, mix. Add eggs. Meat mixture should start to stick together.
3. form the meat into a loaf in the baking dish or place in your loaf pan. Bake for about 45 minutes.
4. At about 10-15 minutes remaining, drizzle the meatloaf with ketchup or tomato sauce of your choice and let it bake for the remaining 15 minutes.
Serving Size: 10 - 1 slice servings roughly.
