Ingredients
Chick Peas, drained 1 canTahini, 1 TbspRoasted Garlic, 15 cloves (Drained of oil)Honey, 1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (from roasted garlic), 1 tsp Juice of 1/2 a lemonKosher salt, 1 tsp (optional)Cumin, 1 tsp3 Cracks of freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)6 Tbsp Water
Directions
In a blender combine all ingredients but water; cover & turn on. Slowly add water and puree until smooth. Refrigerate after making.

Serving Size: 7, 2 oz servings (about 3 - 4 tbsp)
