Savory Pancakes

Ingredients
Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1.75 cup Chickpea Flour (Garbanzo Bean Flour), 1 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp Salt, 1 tsp Turmeric, ground, 1.5 tsp Paprika, 1 tbspGarlic powder, 1 tbsp *Methi, 1 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp Cumin seed [I use ajwain], 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp- to taste*Canola Oil, 1 1tsp 1 large onion, dicedWater (as needed! at least 1-2 cups)
Directions
Mix everything together. Add water to get desired (pourable) pancake consistency.

Preheat pan over medium heat. If not nonstick, use cooking spray!

Pour about 1/2 cup or so of the pancake batter onto the pan, use a spatula to thin and spread out. Cook until edges start to dry up and bubble, flip and cook for another minute. Keep warm on a plate under a large lid or in a warm oven.

I made 7 pancakes out of this batch, but one could easily make 8! They are very filling and keep you going for a good part of the day! :)
