2c.Brown Rice Flour1 1/2c. Tapioca Flour4 tsp. Baking Powder2 tsp. Sea Salt3Tbsp Raw Sugar4 Eggs1/2c. Smart Balance Spread (melted)2c. Low-Fat Buttermilk1/2c. Frozen Blueberries1tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Whisk in wet ingredients
3. Mix in blueberries.
4. Oil waffle iron and ladle in batter and cook according to your waffle iron directions.
