Shrimp Linguine

Ingredients
Linguine, ( any brand) 8 oz Red Sweet peppers (bell), 3/4 cup, chopped Shrimp, cooked, 20 oz Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 4 cloves diced Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp roughly crushed (not into tiny pieces) White Wine, 1/4 cup Salt, 1/2 tsp (to taste) Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp (to taste)
Directions
Heat oven to 425. Cook (boil) linguine according to directions.

Meanwhile in a baking dish mix shrimp, chopped garlic, olive oil, parsley, red bell pepper, wine, and salt and pepper if desired. Toss thoroughly. Place baking dish into oven until shrimp are opaque, about 14-17 minutes. Serve with Pasta.
