Beef Chuck Roast, about 2.5 lbs3 Onions, halved3 Carrots, chopped6 Serrano Peppers, chopped2 cups water4 tsp Beef Bullion ( I used Orrington Farms)Salt and Black Pepper, to season beef liberallyCumin, to taste ( I like a lot, at least a tbsp)Garlic, to taste (I like about 1/4 cup chopped)
1. Put 1 cup water and 3 tsp beef bullion in slow cooker
2. Heat olive oil in skillet
3. Sear Onions, add to crock pot
4. Sear carrots, add to crock pot
5. Sear peppers and garlic, add to crock pot
6. Season beef with salt, pepper and cumin
7. Sear beef, add to crock pot
8. Set crock pot to low for 7 hours
9. Eat
