For 12 days! 4 tbsp. of honey, 4 tbsp. of water, 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil, A whole baking sheet of almonds, 3 tbsp. cinnamon and 2 teaspoons brown sugar (preferred).
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Raw Almonds on a flat pan enough to cover entire pan and place in oven for 10-12 minutes. While almonds are baking, put 4 tbsp. of water, 4 tbsp. of honey and 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil in a boiling pot. Place pot on stove. When the almonds are about 1 minute from being done, turn the stove on medium high until the ingredients boils. Carefully take almonds out of oven and place them in boiling pot and place the heat to low. Mix the almonds around in pot for about 2-4 minutes until they soak up a lot of the liquids. Once that is done, turn the heat off and sprinkle cinnamon and a little brown sugar onto the almonds as desired, mix and sprinkle more. Afterwards, place almonds back on the baking sheet and leave to dry and cool down for about 5 minutes! Then enjoy!
