1 egg1/2 c milk2 t olive oil3/4 c flour1/8 t saltVarious for filling(s)
Beat all ingredients together in bowl. Heat greased/buttered pan on medium-low heat (3-5). Remove pan from heat and pour half of batter into pan. Cook all the way through and until browned on bottom. Add filler ingredients while crepe is in pan. Remove crepe from pan. Re-grease and repeat with remaining batter.
