Ingredients
1 C unbleached white flour1/2 ts baking soda1 tsp ginger1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cloves1/4 C sucanet(sugar)2 C unprocessed wheat bran2 eggs1/2 C molasses1/2 C water1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
Directions
Add dry ingredients together. mix well. Add wet ingredients. mix well. pour into 18 muffin cups. bake 350 for about 12 min.
