Crawfish Fettuccine

Ingredients
16 oz whole wheat fettuccine 1 Tbsp whipped salted butter* 2 Tbsp canola oil 1 medium onion, chopped 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour * 16 oz uncooked crawfish tails2 cups Land Fat-free Half & Half 2 oz brie cheese* 1 cup fat free shredded Cheddar cheese, divided 1 Tbsp Chef Paul Prudhomme's Magic Seasoning Blends Seafood magic
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, melt butter and oil in skillet. Saute chopped onion. Add flour, stir well. Add crawfish tails, saute until cooked. Add in half & half and 3 oz. (about 3/4 cup) shredded cheddar and brie. Season with seafood magic seasoning. Simmer sauce and allow to reduce.

Combine pasta and crawfish cheese sauce in a 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for ~20 min or until bubbly.
