Pea & Cheese Salad

Ingredients
15 oz frozen peas - thawed1 c cheddar cheese, cubed1/2 c jicama, diced2 GREEN onions, chopped1/2 c real bacon bitsDRESSING:1/2 c Light Miracle Whip1 T splenda1 T vinegarsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Place peas, cheese, jicama & onions in a bowl. In a small bowl (or measuring cup) whisk the splenda and vinegar, then add Miracle whip & seasonings and whisk til smooth. Gently mix dressing with salad. Serve chilled.
