Maple Pretzel Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless-skinless chicken breast (5 oz)1/2 beaten egg2 Tbsp. Maple flavored syrup1/3 cup crushed pretzels1 Tbsp cup canola oil
Directions
Flatten chicken breast to 1/2" thick. Whisk egg with fork. Dip out about 2 Tbsp. Add maple syrup and whisk. Place pretzels on plate or plastic wrap. Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into pretzels.

In a skillet, cook chicken in oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until juices run clear when cut.
