Ingredients
Jimmy Dean Italian Sausage - 1lb (16 oz) = 8 x 2 oz servings, 8 serving*onion, dried minced, 3 tbsp Egg, fresh, 1 large (lightly beaten)*Rudolph's Orginal Pork Rinds, 1 oz (crushed into breadcrumbs)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (to taste)*Great Value Finely Shredded Mozarella Cheese, 0.5 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and then divide into 6 patty shapes.
Fry in skillet until cooked with 2 tablespoons of desired oil.
Serve.
