Broccolli Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients
Mrs Leeper's Organic Rice Vegetable Twists, 6 serving*Brown Rice Pasta Spirals Tinkyada dry, 8 ozChicken Breast, no skin, 20 ouncesBroccoli, fresh, 6 cup, choppedParmesan Cheese, grated, 1.5 cupMinced Garlic, 5 tspOlive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut chicken breasts into small cubes
Brown chicken
Cut broccoli into very small pieces, mostly florets
Cook pasta per instructions, adding broccoli
Drain pasta broccoli mixture
Heat 2 TBSP EVVO
Brown 5 tsp minced garlic
Add chicken to minced garlic and stir till warm
Add pasta broccoli mixture
Add parmesan cheese
Toss to mix
Serve immediately
