Ingredients
Directions
4 egg whites 1/3 c. dry oatmeal1 scoop protein powder (any flavor, I choose vanilla)1/2 banana sliced (or any fruit you wish)
Mix all ingredients. Cook like regular pancakes. (Scoop about 1/3 c. for each pancake).
Serve with cinnamon, sugar substitute, and/or sugar free syrup (not included in calorie count).
**NOTE: (I prefer the liquid egg whites, however this will make thinner pancakes. Regular egg whites make them thicker, but give them a bit more "egg" taste).

I boiled the oats in water for one minute and drained.I thought these were great! I added a bit of whole wheat flour, because they seemed to liquid, they were so thick and my family loved them! I used Dessert Lean protein powder in Banana nut. Poured a little lite syrup and they were great thanks - 8/25/09
