1 Medium Banana 2 Scoop Whey Protein Powder 2 tbsp Flaxseed Meal 1 tbsp Chia Seeds 2 tsp Cinnamon 6 tbsp of Egg Whites 1/3 cup Steel Cut Oats 1 tsp of Baking Powder 1/4 tbsp frozen Blueberries
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flaxseed meal, chia seed, cinnamon, baking powder and oats together with a fork, thoroughly. place this bowl aside. In about container mix with an immersion blender protein powder and egg white until it becomes a smooth like consistency the banana. Mix together all the ingredients. Grease muffin tin with canola oil or other non stick oil spray. Pour batter into muffin tin. Add in frozen blueberries in the center of muffin. Place in oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the muffins are golden brown. Check after 10 minutes.
