Stef's Gluten Free Granola with Pecans, Coconut Oil & Flax

Ingredients
Gluten Free Rolled Oats, 4 cup Pecans, .5 cup, chopped Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp Coconut Oil, 1.5 tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 tbsp Honey, 1.5 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, 1/2 tspCinnamon, ground, 1.5 tspSalt, .25 tsp
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 300.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Melt coconut oil and mix with other sweeteners.
4. Add sweeteners to dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Spread onto sheet pans and bake for about 30 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes and every 5 minutes after that.
