Ingredients
*chilli pepper or crushed pepper, 0.25 tsp*allspice 1 tsp, 0.25 serving*Beef - Sirloin Tip Roast, 315 gram*Garlic clove, 1 serving*sweet yellow onion,1/4 of a onion tru Roots Sprouted Lentil Trio Dry, 142 gram(s)*Canola Oil, 1 tbspCarrots, raw, 2.50 cup, chopped*beef boullion cube, 1 servingCelery, raw, 2.5 cup, dicedWater, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)*Potato, raw, 4 cup dicedTurnips, 2 cup, cubes*Canned tomatoes, Unico whole can 796ml (puree with hand mixer)*Bay Leaf 1
Directions
- Saute, minced onion for 5 min.
- Add small diced beef, garlic, spices and boullion
cube, let saute 10 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add 6 cups water, cover and simmer 30 min.
- Add tomatoes that have been pureed and celery,
simmer 5 min.
- Add turnip, simmer 20 min.
- Add Carrot and simmer 5 minutes.
- Then add potato, and simmer 10 minutes.
- Add rinsed sprouted lentils, simmer 20 minutes.
