Ingredients
1 (16oz) Box Penne Rigate 3 Cups Cooked Chicken Breasts20oz Alfrado Sauce8oz Sour Cream15oz Rocotta Cheese2 cloves garlic, minced2 lg Eggs, slightly beaten1/4 C Parmesan Cheese6 Tbsp Parsley2 C. Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain and return to pot. Stir together all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
