Salisbery steak

Ingredients
Combine hamburger and turkey burger with spices then make in to 8 1/4 pound loaves. Place in skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from skillet and add butter to skillet, melt and add mushrooms X 2 min. Then add wine and cook X 1 min. Pour in gravy and then return loaves to gravy mixture. Cook to desired doneness.
