Ingredients
3 Tbsp. unsalted butter3 Tbsp. all purpose flour2-1/2 Tbsp. powdered milk2 11.5 oz. cans V-8, low sodium versionDried basil to taste
Directions
Melt butter in pan. Add flour and dry powdered milk. Stir until well-coated. Gradually add two cans of low sodium V-8 juice, stirring to prevent lumping. Heat until thick and bubbly. Add basil, if desired.
