Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour3/4 cup Buttermilk1/2 cup water2 large eggs
Directions
Pulse ingredients in blender for 10 second then let batter rest for nearly an hour. Heat pan to 300F, pour in 1 ounce batter and swirl to spread. Turn after 30 seconds, 10 seconds on second side.
