1 single serve crystal lite (raspberry ice).75 cup orange juice4 - 5 strawberries halved (approx. 1/2 cup)2 tablespoons whey protein powder (vanilla)1 frozen banana cut upSource 0% yogurt (vanilla) - cherry works well too
Directions
place all in a blender or magic bullet and blend until smooth - have the full smoothie or split in two for a lighter breakfast - loaded with good stuff!
