20-minute Chicken Creole

1 Tbsp olive oil2 whole, skinless, boneless chicken breasts1 con (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with juice1 cup chili sauce1 chopped green pepper2 chopped celery ribs1 chopped onion, small2 minced garlic cloves1 tsp dried basil1 tsp dried parsley1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper1/4 tsp. salt
1. Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink when cut.
2. Reduce heat to medium
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered for 10-15 minutes
5. Serve over hot, cooked rice or whole wheat pasta.
