Tuna and Farfalle Salad

1 Package Barilla Plus Farfalle2 Cups fresh spinach, ripped1/4 cup cucumber, diced1/4 cup dried apricots, diced1 cup yellow or red onion, diced1 can Tuna in Water1/4 cup Kraft Garlic and Herb Mayo(Dressing)Rice wine vinegar to tasteSalt and Pepper to Taste
Cook pasta according to directions and rinse thoroughly.
Pour warm pasta over ripped spinach to wilt slightly.
In a small measuring cup, mix mayo, vinegar and spices, set aside.
Add remaining food ingredients to pasta and spinach. Pour dressing over, and mix thoroughly.
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings, about 1.5 cups each
