Tuna salad - NO MAYO

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 80 grams Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 60 grams Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, sliced Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 5 serving
Directions
in a bowl, add 1 cup romaine lettuce cut into strings, i cup sliced cucumber , and 1 scallion, diced. add the vinegar and mix. on top of them , add the tuna and mozzarella (cut in small cubes), followed by the tomatoes cut in quarters.

Serving Size: makes 1 large bowl
