Baked Pumpkin Oatmeal with Bananas

Ingredients
oatseggspumpkin(canned or fresh roasted)milk (of choice)honeybananaspumpkin pie spice cinammonbrown sugar or coconut sugar or rapaduracoconut oil
Directions
Saute sliced bananas in coconut oil and brown sugar til carmelized, about 2 min. Set aside.
Mix all remaining dry ingredients together. Add in pumpkin, honey and milk and combine.
Grease an 9x9 pan with coconut oil. Layer bananas on bottom, and top with oatmeal mixture.
Bake for about 20-22 minutes.
Serve warm. You may want to add milk when reheating so its not warm.
