Ingredients
left over asparagus cooking water: add enough water to make 4 cups.l100g potatoes0.3cup of flour2tbsp buttersalt, pepper, italian spices to taste.
Directions
water in which asparagus has been cooked.

melt buter and mix wiith flour
pour warm asparagus water, bring to a boil.
lower temp to medium, add the peeled potatoes and cook until potatoes are tender.
add: salt
pepper
italian spices to taste

mix in blender until smooth.
