5 Alarm Chili

Ingredients
1 lb Lean Ground Beef1 Onion (Medium)2 Garlic Cloves1 Bell Pepper (any color)14 oz Pinto Beans, Drained28 oz Diced Tomatoes (sodium free)1 tsp Oregano1 tsp Black Pepper3/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion, garlic and pepper until browned. Drain off excess oil.

Add spices and beans. Stir for 1 minute.

Add tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
