Marilee's Fruit Pizza

Ingredients
Crust:1c Brummel & Brown Spread (very soft)1.5c Flour1/3c SplendaTopping Sauce:8oz Philadelphia Low Fat Cream Cheese3/4c Splenda2tsp Vanilla ExtractToppings:Fresh FruitGlaze:2tbs Cornstarch1c Pineapple Juice1/2c Splenda2tbs Lemon Juice
Directions
PreHeat oven to 350
Crust:
Hand Mix all ingredients until crumbly.
Press into 12" pizza pan
Bake at 350 for 20 min.
Allow to cool
Topping Sauce:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Spread onto cooled pizza crust/
Toppings:
Slice into desired amount of pieces.
Arrange over Topping Sauce.
Glaze:
Mix all ingredients in sauce pan.
Bring to Boil.
Reduce heat and stir until thick consistency.
Remove from heat and allow to cool to just warm.
Spoon over Entire Pizza.
Place Pizza in refridgerator to chill for atleast 2 hours before serving. Chilling overnight is best.
Serves at least 20.
