1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour1/2 tsp Sea Salt1 tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice1 tsp Baking Soda1/3 cup Egg Substitute1 tsp Olive Oil1 tbsp Olive Oil2 cups Splenda6 oz Pumpkin Puree1/4 cup Water
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Combine Whole grant pastry flour, all purpose flour, salt, spices, and baking soda in small bowl.
3) Combine egg substitute, olive oil, splenda, pumpkin, and water in large bowl. Gradually add flour mixture.
4) Pour into loaf pan and bake for approx 45-50 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 10 slices
