Beef Italiano - with Wine and Pasta Sauce

Ingredients
Total Recipe:20 oz top sirloin stew beef1 bottle (24 oz) pasta sauce(I used Classico Spicy Tomato & Pesto)1 C red wine5 cloves Garlic (chopped).5 C flour (for dredging beef)1.5 TBSP olive oil (for browning beef)Each serving will be:Beef, top sirloin, 4 ozPasta Sauce .5 cupRed Wine, 1.5 fl ozGarlic, 1 cloveFlour, whole grain, .1 cupOlive Oil, 1 1tsp
Directions
Dredge raw beef in flour and brown in olive oil.
Place in crock pot
(you may refrigerate at the point and assemble later)

Pour bottle of sauce over meat
Add chopped garlic
Put wine into sauce bottle to 'clean' bottle and pour over meat and sauce; stir.
Cook on high 4-6 hours (240+ mins) or low 8-12 hours (480+ mins)



Serving Size: Total recipe makes 5 large servings or 10 small ones (choose .5 portion)
