Ingredients
3 Tbs. 100% Liquid Egg Whites1 Tbs. Blueberry Chia Jam1/4 cup + 2 Tbs. Unsweetened Flax Milk1/2 tsp. Vanilla1/2 tsp. Butter Flavoring1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf Stevia2 Tbs. Coconut Flour2 Tbs. Whole Wheat Flour1 scoop (1/2 serving) Vanilla Protein Powder1/2 tsp. Baking Powder1/8 tsp. Baking Soda1/4 tsp. CinnamonAdditional Cinnamon & Stevia
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Coat muffin tin with baking spray.
Combine wet ingredients.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Pour into prepared tin and sprinkle with additional cinnamon & sugar, if desired.
Bake for approximately 30 minutes, or until done.
