Ingredients
1 cup ww flour1/4 c egg substitute3/4 cup milk3 tsp baking powder2 TBL splenda2 TBL applesauce
Directions
Mix all ingredients and cook on a griddle at medium heat.
I made a serving size one pancake so it is easy to enter.

    calories are definiely wrong. The recipe makes 2 or three small servings at most, it says 16! - 4/30/08

    I think the calories are wrong. virtually the same recipe as the "100 cal pancakes" recipe in the regular spark recipes so I cant see how they can be so much less... You may want to count the cal first or you may be sabotaging your diet! - 4/13/08
